Privacy information
Signing in uses Google authentication. Google shares your name and email so Shogir can identify your account. Existing users can connect Google after recovering their previous login. Your profile, saved applications, documents and enquiries are stored for your signed-in account.
AI tools send the text you submit to OpenAI to generate a response. Do not include information you do not want processed for that purpose.
Job listings are provided by Remotive, Arbeitnow, and limited Indeed and SEEK searches collected through Apify. Opening an external job listing takes you to another service with its own privacy practices.
Company logos and other remote images may be loaded from external asset hosts. Your browser may contact those hosts to retrieve them.
Gmail access is separate and optional. When activated and authorized, Shogir uses it to send your selected applications with their PDFs and check related employer replies and delivery failures. Google grants mailbox-wide read permission; Shogir limits its use to its own application threads and matching delivery reports. Gmail message content is not sent to OpenAI.
Gmail refresh tokens and stored PDF packages are encrypted. Application email records and files older than 30 days are removed when cleanup runs. Disconnecting stops access and attempts to revoke the Google token. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising or general-purpose AI training.
